Everything was good, no negative reason for leaving that company. I left that because i shifted to Hyderabad with my family.

Dislikes

It is in International airport, so everytime going in, we have to go from security check which takes a lot time.

No work life balance & too toxic. Not at all an employee friendly company.

Dislikes

Work culture is bad. Mentally exhausting, what will happen next no one cannot predict. No job security (they break you mentally so you leave the job). No open door policy. Appraisal & promotion (which is usually March to April) is a pain as you don’t get a clear picture for months and usually they go till Sep-Oct.

Decent salary but very slow growth rate in terms of appraisal, increment (leave aside promotion thing). Hard work (I say importance) is very much negligible due to internal management. You feel being taken for granted.
