There was a lot of pressure when it came to work, with excessive interference from management. I noticed a biased treatment among employees, where a particular department received significant support from management, almost resembling an "industrial squad," while other departments were unnecessarily burdened with pressure. There wasa lack of independence in working and unnecessary censorship, which compromised the ethical standards. The morale of employees was purposefully downgraded, even for the smallest mistakes, and their self-esteem was not respected.
