Its a great place to work where you feel satisfied working there because the culture is respectful and people are urged to behave with good manners, just like the japanese directors. So that is one way to get far in the company.

Dislikes

Lately they have taken advics from some modern thinking professionals to reduce head count. Its quite unusual for a japanese bank to make staff redundant, but it can happen to people if the advice to do so is given by those with agendas.
