It was a very good company to work for in 2007 to 2012

No job security. Company has no strategic direction. Too many retrenchments. Company does not take care of its people.

Work Details

Work was very exciting but became very stressful at the end. 2013 to 2014. Too many changes in leadership led to uncertainty and changes that were not properly embedded and thought through.
