Strong system developed to work in organized way for smart work & reducing depedency on manpower. Appraisal given are very good compare to other Auto ancillary industriess but only problem is Appriasal process is very slow & take almost 6 to 7 months for declaring Appriasal. Job security is too much high if part of Motherson no issue for Job security. Motherson never layoff their any on roll employee if employe is ethical & following code of conduct....Read More

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. Partiality done by management during appriasals . All cell owners get on time promotions with averagee salary hike. But for employee who is under department head have to struggle for promotions & other thingss. Zero Motivation for the employee who is doing hardwork & doing savings for increasing in profitibality of Plant. No recognization or annual awards given to emplooye to boost thier motivation. Actual Management policy never communicate to employee to take benefits in case if requirement. Poor HR no any ownership taken by HR department at unit level for contributing plant performance. Unit HR only following Central HR direction without taking Plant head in loop....Read More
