- You get to work on different projects and technologies allowing you to explore and learn. - MSCI currently have startup culture where networking is key, various events are organized for this and you are given project responsibility to make you leader and own project. - Seniors and even manager is always ready to help. - No restrictions on leaves given that you complete your work on time.

Dislikes

- Since MSCI works in startup culture, to someone it might feel overwork but that's the plus. This gives you opportunity to learn and wear multiple caps.

This is not a place for people who are not committed to their work. If you are looking for an easy job with no accountability for quality of your work and timelines then this is not the place for you

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
