Depending upon the department and team you're in: Nice culture overall. Good salaries and decent increments. Flexibility to work from home. Good technology exposure. You get to walk the talk (hands-on work even at senior positions) rather than just talk.

Some departments and leads spoil the culture by delaying promotions, micromanaging (even VPs are micromanaged by their leads), dominating, mandating work from office, and keeping unrealistic deadlines. Also, EDs won't participate at all in designing a solution. Umm, what is their purpose then? Just put the blame on VPs and find flaws later.
