Coming to the interview, I had 2 rounds of interview. First with the technical team and then with the manager.

Technical round was pretty straight forward, was asked a few questions on my background and then given a research task to complete while sharing my screen as per the job description. It lasted for around 1 hr.

Managerial round was pretty informal. We chatted for about 1 - 1.5 hrs on the energy market and how it would develop in the future. We were also discussing on how the geopolitics of the oil market.

After that, within 2 days I got a confirmation for the selection and another 3 days down the line I had a conversation with the HR regarding salary. We agreed on a number and within 7 days I had my offer.
