Pay you more to do lower caliber jobs . The work sent to India is usually not empowering and still what is decided abroad just gets executed. Cannot grow except in salary .....no job satisfaction. Incompetent people get ahead by brown nosing and saying yes ....a lot of politics in India office .

liked the flexibility of the work . Work life balance was great .....no one questions when you leave or come in to work. Managers abroad trust , but bosses and peers in India play a lot of politics .

Depending upon the department and team you're in: Nice culture overall. Good salaries and decent increments. Flexibility to work from home. Good technology exposure. You get to walk the talk (hands-on work even at senior positions) rather than just talk.

Dislikes

Some departments and leads spoil the culture by delaying promotions, micromanaging (even VPs are micromanaged by their leads), dominating, mandating work from office, and keeping unrealistic deadlines. Also, EDs won't participate at all in designing a solution. Umm, what is their purpose then? Just put the blame on VPs and find flaws later. You are expected to be an AI expert but they won't sponsor your certifications or subscriptions. The medical OPD benefit is a joke....Read More
