A lot of unethical activities happening inside the organizations involve from the top management to the bottom level. If any employee realizes these internal activities, they are sacked under false allegation. they also blackmail all the employees to avoid talking to that good person. sadly very sick place to work.

Dislikes

The HR team is abusive, unethical, and arrogant, people be aware and don't get trapped. Management has miro managing surveillance, not a safe place to work.

GoodGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

At MSC we own our tasks and do it. We feel we are part of the extended family. We fight, we complain but at the end of the day we make up. It is a big family which the rest of the world will never understand.

Dislikes

None we have the same usual struggles which all company have. But at the end of the day we are a family, where as others are not😆.

Good work environment and culture... Top management always motivate employees to learn and explore there skills. Your job is secured and you need not think about job security when MSC offers you a position. Company policies are employee beneficiary based ones and flexible.
