This is being addressed to ensure clarity and promptness in future interactions. Regarding our 10-hour shifts this is based on the role we were hiring and we aim to balance this with other benefits. The mobile phone policy is in place for data security, but emergency communication options are available. Additionally, we offer flexible holiday options, including national holidays, which employees can utilise at their discretion. Unlike some organisations that categorise holidays, we offer flexibility in choosing when to take leave. This policy is designed to cater to the diverse needs of our team members, and we have observed that many choose to work on National holidays and utilise their holidays at other times. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the punctuality of our salary disbursements. However, we'd like to clarify a couple of points: There's no requirement to swipe a card to use the toilet. We value the comfort and privacy of our employees, and taking additional break times is not something we penalize our team for. As of April 2021, we transitioned to a 5-day working week, meaning all Saturdays are off. We apologize for any confusion or miscommunication regarding this. We always aim to improve our work environment based on feedback, and we appreciate you sharing yours.
