The phone policy is communicated to all employees prior to joining and is implemented for specific reasons aligned with our company. Breaks are not "counted", and any concerns are only raised if timings significantly exceed the agreed expectations.

Timing and Breaks: We want to clarify that emails regarding late arrivals, extra break times, or early departures are not sent out after just a 1-minute discrepancy. We're unsure where this perception came from, but we'll certainly review our internal systems to ensure there's no miscommunication. Leave Policy: Our leave policy is designed to be flexible. We understand that not everyone wishes to take off on traditional festivals or public holidays, so we allow our employees to choose their days off. Furthermore, we do not cut salaries for taking holidays. Instead, days off are deducted from the leave balances, ensuring that employees are not financially penalized. Work Environment: We aim to create a productive and comfortable work environment for all our employees. If there are concerns about the nature of the work or the expectations, we encourage open dialogue to address them. Monitoring: The cameras in our workplace are for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our employees. We respect the privacy of our team members and do not use these cameras to micromanage. Contractual Obligations: The bond and notice period are standard practices in many industries to ensure both the company and the employee have stability. However, we're always open to feedback and looking for ways to improve. We value all feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us grow and improve.
