compare to previous experience ms experience is very bad experience. they don't know how to utilise the employees ability. there is no democracy only bureaucracy. frankly, i feel bad to work there.

Just believe in your educators sometimes what you learn through others is not always true and fact .it's my request to find out the genuinely appropriate thing behind every scenario ..
