Work profile is good but in the salary problem is always in the company. Work culter is good but the contractor is very poor at the working period.

Like in Ms Construction company the staff is good. At this company has poor worker. There are a lot of politicians.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
