I have joined this company as a secretary to MD and have been promoted to a merchant who is currently looking after Rs. 5 Crores approx. Good work environment and culture. Terminates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give bad salary.

Dislikes

All is good, but the company is not increasing my salary since 6 years.

The job is too good. I struggled a bit in the beginning but now there is no such hardwork. The work is soo smooth.
