Management's level of engagement appeared to be directly correlated with an employee's compensation package, which created a sense of disparity within the team. The company's culture seemed to reward sycophantic behavior rather than merit. I love the work culture we have where everyone is appreciated regardless of there position and role based on there performance. You can reflections of your feedback at the end of the year in terms of policy changes and improvements based on yearly employee feedback survey.
