No growth compare to last 5 years. Even salary growth also poor. Multiple job role need to do. No incentive structure, no compensation, no recognizance and No such timings. BUT -If you are strong 💪inside& outside and to manage things perfect, so can join MRF .... though if you accomplished 2 years of experiencein it then you are no more consider as BOY. Companies considered you as MEN ....*

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
