I would like to say if you want some job experience to launch your career with many compromises than you can go for it. This company doesn't have any ethics for employees. Working environment is also below the belt. Company policies is worst than any out there.

Dislikes

Work culture at mrf is not suitable for candidates having any emotions towards family and friends. You may have to work on Sunday also.

Mrf work culture doesn't have cool lifestyle and management is terrible. Company want to work you even at weekends. Policies are not something you love it about and salary and bonus hikes are subject to management choice.
