Close rapo with top managers . Easy to take part in product decisions even from starting positions

Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Need to modernize their view on work life balance . Proper HR policies not there . No talks about work from home . Policies are framed and changed on spot based on convenience. Additional benefits cannot be expected there . No gender equality since no women co workers . But all the people are good that's why company works greatly

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
