Excellent team and very much supporting RSM, you can learn learn alot about products and providing training periodically which helps product knowledge and perform in market. RSM always happy to support team mate who will work properly and we can learn time management, reports evaluation etc. from here, very good firm for excel in career

Marketing support was very low, no advertising by company, HR Support need to improve, work life balance need to be improved

I worked as c&f and warehouse manager of MRF VAPOCURE PAINTS for more than 4 years i was so happy to be a part of the mrf family, i got training about products and the supply chain system they follows my team consist of 12 members including storekeepers, accountants, billing staff, transportation and maintainance staff all together iam managing all my teams in smooth so that the team work can build up a sucessfull growth and smooth operation of company, the work life was balanced and a good environment there are some pressures but if we maintain a correct system then everything can be balanced...Read More

Too much of paper works should use more digital and softcopy fecilities which can improve the performance and save time and money
