When I joined, not a proper OJT manual followed. From day 1 I was been dominated by seniors. Later transfer on what basis to other stores which is 2 hours far from my home. Again I felt heat and unnecessary pressure felt. 3 months later transfer to a location where store responsible were the culprits for low sales and favourism takes place. Due to an incident whole blame was on me and no investigation of previous. Seniors are giving bad words in con calls and meetings where girls were available. I felt harassed on suni sunai baate. Some mistake I made but same mistakes done by favourite, nothing done against them. For me immediate answers please resigned. After getting better opportunity i left the company. Companies one HR committed of balance dues to be paid and one HR even don't knows about it. I involved HR head and CEO for resolution but lesser action on the situation. After 3 months I got my money. Mr. Zaheer Sir and Mr pritesh and Dipti madam helped me a lot. I disappointed with AM and DM level hierarchy. No justice no investigation only happened what they want. HR was very helpful in through out the work tenure.

Dislikes

Mid and senior management are so pathetic, using abusive language to the supervisors and managers in their internal meetings. Some management people are excellent as well Like Zaheer Mujawar, Abhijeet Sonawane and Dev sir. Business pressure is always there but how to download some area managers and senior management don't know. Many times individually I faced partiality from AM of harbour lines.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
