A very good organization in field of young people skill development...They have started the firm in 2009 and rapidly growing and completed 14 years with 14 state spread the skill developments.

Management is very bad. Specially HR department wants to control everything. That's hamper work culture. International politics hamper your work balance. Salary issue also a bad experience for me.

My work at MPTA is taking care of the MD's calendar and scheduling his meetings. MIS, reports and file managements. Replying the emails on his behalf. Planning his travel for the visits. Also taking care of his personal liabilities like insurances, EMI's.
