Working with clients like BFL and BHFL will ruin your life .worst holiday policy, working on Saturday and managers in BFL and BHFL are feeling like offrole resources are slave.as mPHATEK has 5 days work policy but client has not so it's difficult to work.and you will not get comp-off .and mPHATEK only have BFL and BHFL project for budget and both the clients can fire you anytime..
