For working it's healthy environment. For covid19 pandemic very bad experience & the organisation and management do not support employees for their constraints during pandemic. I give them zero star rating for that. Very bad experience 👎

Actually first they provide me laptop for WFH but next day they handover laptop to my teammate and give me that my production is less but actually when i started my production team manager doesn't give proper work for production and now in this lockdown situation they not provide me WFH and ask me to apply leavs and my all leaves get exhausted and now they will start 100 % LOP Also Company call for Work from office from 27 may and i have attended office till 13 july But unfortunately my area where i live gone under containment zone But Company doesn't provide me WFH and mark my 100 LOP for lockdown period So overall i am not totally satisfied with Company policy and they provide you Job security but they push you in economical loss and take advantage of your need So overall i am just 30% satisfied by Mphasis Company ....Read More

The work environment and culture is very good and company have very good security for female employees which is much appreciated.

the managment was little bit strict and some times there is cab delayed happens for long distance employees.
