There is no work culture, doesn't hear about engineers words, only they seek money.. not our happiness.

Dislikes

1. there is no respect to engineers 2. engineers treated like as Unskiiled workers 3. we can't expect our salary on or before 10 of every month. 4. they are not paid our statutory for engineers 5. No vehicle provided to engineers. 6. site expenses should not be given by management 7.Ultimate target is money, behind that how engineers are worked, they doesn't know about that. 8. There is no increament, no bonus, no Allowance. 9. cause & deposit was debited from our salary....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
