There is no work culture, doesn't hear about engineers words, only they seek money.. not our happiness.

...ere is no respect to engineers 2. engineers treated like as Unskiiled workers 3. we can't expect our salary on or before 10 of every month. 4. they are not paid our statutory for engineers 5. No vehicle provided to engineers. 6. site expenses should not be given by management 7.Ultimate target is money, behind that how engineers are worked, they doesn't know about that. 8. There is no increament, no bonus, no Allowance. 9. cause & deposit was debited from our salary.

...security!, they will fire the employees quickly.. salaries are not paid on time. they will put the salary around 15 th of the month. For site expenses you have to spend money from your own pocket and its not that easy to claim it from the company. you need to run behind them and there are many employees who have their amount pending around one year. No leave on sunday. no OT but you have to do overtime work even after 6 pm. they have'nt paid my one month salary so I have quit the job there, for electrical department they have not put pf amount over one year.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

M/s. Moxitek E&I Services company is one of the best Electrical power field side very much learning platform so many Employees work at here very excellent Engineers and Engineer service of the company.
