Learning opportunities are there but no one will support you.

No job security!, they will fire the employees quickly.. salaries are not paid on time. they will put the salary around 15 th of the month. For site expenses you have to spend money from your own pocket and its not that easy to claim it from the company. you need to run behind them and there are many employees who have their amountpending around one year. No leave on sunday. no OT but you have to do overtime work even after 6 pm. they have'nt paid my one month salary so I have quit the job there, for electrical department they have not put pf amount over one year....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
