Dislikes

Sometimes work is very much tiresome. As the company depends heavily on operations to sustain itself. Tech seems to not be so organized and ethically correct. There are some requirements that come which would take around a month to complete but PM's doesn't seem to care. Also What this company lacks is some PMs that are intelligentenough to think what's going on in their product, especially work in sync. Tech also seems to be very outdated. I have left the company but a friend told me that they started checking a dev's productivity by how many lines of code he/she may write. If you don't write enough you might get a mail from senior management. questioning you about commits. There are some engineering leads who are arrogant and don't know how the work is done, A move-in-sync Lead is not able to write good enough java after being in the company for 5 years. A work-in-sync lead who is used to favoring female co-workers on their everyday leave and WFH and tech decisions. Overall, if you are a fresher, and you are lucky you might get a good team.
