Growth in the company is bare minimum. Company is transitioning to Service / Client preferences development and agile development. This makes the product unstable for longer run. Company Culture is okay. There are some negative reviews about CTO, some of them are true some of them are not. Vishwesh is the one who I would say is the most ethically and morally right person, despite working with the worst team in Customer Success. Akash Maheshwary, CTO is one who I would say is very street-smart and good at making the right decisions about operations and handling the most complicated tasks from clients. Sometimes work is very much tiresome. As the company depends heavily on operations to sustain itself. Tech seems to not be so organized and ethically correct. There are some requirements that come which would take around a month to complete but PM's doesn't seem to care. Also What this company lacks is some PMs that are intelligentenough to think what's going on in their product, especially work in sync. Tech also seems to be very outdated. I have left the company but a friend told me that they started checking a dev's productivity by how many lines of code he/she may write. If you don't write enough you might get a mail from senior management. questioning you about commits. There are some engineering leads who are arrogant and don't know how the work is done, A move-in-sync Lead is not able to write good enough java after being in the company for 5 years. A work-in-sync lead who is used to favoring female co-workers on their everyday leave and WFH and tech decisions. Overall, if you are a fresher, and you are lucky you might get a good team. No value for Loyal Employees and the IT Infrastructure is still in the 2005 setup. Everything is manually done. The Management is run like a local shop rather than a corporate. No employee benefits or proper appreciation given for hard and smart work. No proper appraisal system. They give appraisals after 6 months for the previous financial year holding people indirectly. Basically you work like a slave and no benefits. HR doesn't care even if you report anything and no personal data security even after you leave.
