I would say they provide good salary and food.

Dislikes

I am not sure about other departments much however, in operations side it's is very pathetic situation. They just support people who are ready to pick there shoes. They won't care what do you think about you and your thoughts. They are just getting all their people from other organisations. There is no work life balance, no proper salary increment.

So far, I have had good managers, good appraisals, and product ownership.

Dislikes

Support staff are unaware of who to call. Value is given to quick fixes rather than proper solutions, since client deadlines are prioritized. Managers commit to deadlines without consulting the tech team. Proper product roadmaps are not designed.

No value for Loyal Employees and the IT Infrastructure is still in the 2005 setup. Everything is manually done. The Management is run like a local shop rather than a corporate. No employee benefits or proper appreciation given for hard and smart work. No proper appraisal system. They give appraisals after 6 months for the previous financial year holding people indirectly. Basically you work like a slave and no benefits. HR doesn't care even if you report anything and no personal data security even after you leave. No proper pay and they have below average pay compared to market. CTO and CEO are ignorant and not open to any suggestions or ideas. Highly not recommended. Everything is pathetic. Office politics, poor management ,favouritism, no matter how well you have worked the credit will taken by someone else. Highly not recommended

Rapid Agile Development. Client side handling for work. Based on team, there is Little Flexibility on work with occasionally WFH(Company policy is 5 DAYS WFO).

Dislikes

Growth in the company is bare minimum. Company is transitioning to Service / Client preferences development and agile development. This makes the product unstable for longer run. Not focusing on core of the system, environment here just focus on coding like a startup do. Hence engineering and core of the systems is not dealt here.
