The HR Diana Martin has personally made everyone work in the office even though one of the employees had covid and made him sit there as well. Note that the company does not offer any type of insurance. You get a pay cut if you take a day off in probation, alternatively you sit and work while putting your colleague's health as risk as well. She does not take action on the employees grievances nor approaches her superiors for approval on solutions to any issues. There is no one else to approach since the whole management sits in Dubai.
