Work environment is worst, they do micromanaging. There's manager named Sawan Sharam because of him particularly him full atmosphere is getting spoiled he does favorism,if someone tells correct he doesn't like it he make them to leave company by pressurizing them and will terminate them.This worst environment is spoiled only because of him.

I take this moment to express the worst gratitude towards the worst manager the Sawan Sharma who mad the entire work atmosphere a toxic world supported by foolish frank who is in the top most position, they done to leave such a humble manager Mr Guru who is really a people guy. I strong recommend and want to let u all know one of the work organisation ever seen. Sawan karma see’s u good luck🫵🏻✌️

This company tti operations is all about favorism and politics. Just be good with Sr Manager Sawan Sharma and you will get promoted for every 6 months. And just one talk against mr sawan sharma you are terminated hook or crook.

Dont even think about job security. You wouldn't know who will be sent out directly from conference room or from manager room. This company is not run by tti operations management...it is run based on decisions made by Sawan sharma and frank sganga and whole organisation acts according to their scam. Please don't join this company else end up losing peace of mind, health and confidence.

They should seriously work to enhance their process and should seriously start valuing the hard work employees are doing. Few teams are just having no work life balance and they have no structure and plan to manage the work load. In that scenario of any escalation comes, they don't even have the guts to resolve the issue and support the employee on that phase.
