I had a great learning experience working with Mountain Range at the head office in Thane. I was hired as a digital marketing trainee and got a lot of exposure in my field. The ambience of the place is old-school but the top management is quite friendly. There are no strict rules as such, but discipline has to be maintained. Boss have very arrogant syndrome. Company policies are not good. In fact Co.have no any policies. They fire any employees at any time. Work security was not their and also not good for work environment. Very disaster workplace.
