Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The work is not upto the standard , would thrive for more.

Dislikes

There are a lot of them. The biggest concern is management never tells to candidates about travelling is included in salary and evenif they say , they will never say about how extensive the travelling will be. Travelling cost is around 15% of salary.
