Very good work culture and environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike . I just love the food and cafeteria . Thank you so much MLSI for the breakfast, lunch and evening snacks.

Dislikes

I like everything in Mount Litera School International. I have gratitude for everything and everybody in MLSI . Thank you so much MLSI for such a wonderful experience as a IBPYP specialist Hindi teacher.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
