Favouritism by some managers Competencies you possess do not match the grade and compensation Few managers need to build some decorum and professionalism while dealing with team. HR policies are not employee friendly and rather company favoring. Notice period is mandatory for employee to serve if company wants but on the other hand company can relieve you any time without paying a single penny
