company product policy is very complicated as per affordable housing company . market feedback is also negative related related to business call and file processing . company have very less vintage sales Team . need to focus on this , improve their sales incentive policy . we have very complicated incentive policy as compare to computation company .

One should allow to take pending mandatory leaves for all; If not allowed then its compensation should be allowed. Switched off policy should be strictly adhere for all functions except month end. Top management has not faith in middle management. Even middle has also not faith in lower management. A manager is not allowed to take decision how to handle his team. Very poor management without any logic, less vintage upper management is there in upper level. Totally unaware of competition. They don't have any plan but try to make happy their boss only.

The work culture is pathetic. There is no work life balance. There is a bit of favouritism and biased decisions made in terms of promotions and increments. There is no job security. It's just that the company is good, however the people running them on different levels are bad.

Nothing Bad Company to work. They took 24hr of employees and in return of that work they gives lollipop of ESOPS Bonus Increment. Don’t join this company your life gone be hell. HODs are pathetic never take stand for there joiners.
