Dislikes

Top management has not faith in middle management. Even middle has also not faith in lower management. A manager is not allowed to take decision how to handle his team. Very poor management without any logic, less vintage upper management is there in upper level. Totally unaware of competition. They don't have any plan but try to make happy their boss only.

Nothing Bad Company to work. They took 24hr of employees and in return of that work they gives lollipop of ESOPS Bonus Increment. Don’t join this company your life gone be hell. HODs are pathetic never take stand for there joiners. Everyone is supportive here, it is a family environment, all the seniors give proper time to every employee, while working in Motilal Oswal, it never feels like we are working in some company, it is not like this here I assume he is at home with his family members

After best performance by employees and team and topper in whole cluster job security is problem no body take care about their jobs in Nagpur cluster . A team that is best performer in cluster in whole financial year have no job security and whole team pressured for resignation but nobody taking care and attention about it please check our performance and take dicision

company product policy is very complicated as per affordable housing company . market feedback is also negative related related to business call and file processing . company have very less vintage sales Team . need to focus on this , improve their sales incentive policy . we have very complicated incentive policy as compare to computation company .

One should allow to take pending mandatory leaves for all; If not allowed then its compensation should be allowed. Switched off policy should be strictly adhere for all functions except month end. The work culture is pathetic. There is no work life balance. There is a bit of favouritism and biased decisions made in terms of promotions and increments. There is no job security. It's just that the company is good, however the people running them on different levels are bad.

the ignorance from some HOD's regarding employees performance ....if some branches performance then required some positive wibs ..but due to the region not perform very well & perform the one of cluster & his branch then no can take positive on this or speak on this ..

I have worked since last 8 years in motilal oswal company. It was a great journey. There are too many good things i have learned. I have received lots og awards, apperciations and promotions. The Company culture is good. I feel safe in the company. My personal and Professional both lifes are equally balanced.

Senior management The people are good And here a lot of teachers also focus a lot on giving knowledge to the employees, this is a very good work here.

MP level officials do not support and guide properly and the incentive structure here is low and they always make us feel that there is no job security.

It is a good place to work, I have completed almost 7 years here. In the last 7 years i have promoted twice and working in different verticals.

Dislikes

As i have worked in HO, wherein every 1st and 2nd Saturday is holiday at HO but due to branches were working in every 2nd Saturday, so we will have to work in 2nd Saturday.
