Previous Management was good and current management doing politics. They are thought process is we are manage people they not see peoples feelings and personal problems.

Upper Management Known ground level what they facing problem from distributor as well as clients. Then also they don't support branch operation team members they only watch how employee mistake and catch him.

Working area is good, get good opportunity to learn n grow in carrer trainings are provided on timely basis, many activity are contacted for employee to make them comfortable in working.

Salary n appraisals are give not given on how much u work or how u r efficient. Politics are common in this area. There is a race between team mates for each n everythng.
