Initial learning curve is steep and u got to learn man management skills.

Dislikes

Company's culture of ugly politics in which no body takes the responsibility and decisions. Employment welfare is utmost poor and no room for innovative minds . Although it's a multinational company but it still follow old methodology of getting outputs on time no matter how, at what cost and of what quality.

Work Details

I work as a part Development manager and also heading quality lab operations. Developing and getting customer approvals for the new parts.
