No transportation facilities in company. You have to work 3-4 hr extra everyday in normal days, if DI is critical or new project is coming then you have to work 6-8 hours extra without any payment or benifit(No money or COF provide for extra duty) No desk job for assistant manager or Section manager you have to work on lines like a supervisor and have to shout on associates, the worst thing is their leave policy only 7 CL for employees for 1 year no SL. I am writing this for the review for the Noida Sector-84(PDC)There's nothing you can like about it, as an engineer you assume to be treated with respect but you wouldn't get a single cup of tea without getting disrespected. Company/Management doesn't even bother to think about employees personal life. Recently Saturday leaves are announced here for employees work life balance but totally ruined by the strict 10 hours of sitting not even a single minute relaxationrelaxation. In cities like Delhi NCR, reaching anywhere wouldn't take you less than 2hr-2.5hr travel. After completing 10 hours your12.5 hours are getting in professional life only, mine is taking 14 hours (I live in Delhi). How can you imagine to have a personal or even a life. I love to workout it's my only hobby and this company and management doesn't let you enjoy a single hour with your only hobby. It's like you're working in any production unit. Don't think to come up here. You wouldn't learn anything new and not get enough money either. Also you would doubt yourself that whether you have done a technical degree course or not.
