I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. At the same time, sometimes I had to put my work first, and make sure that I completed what I needed to do. So, I would say that they would describe me as disciplined, but friendly and supportive

Very poor selection system in MATE because nobody asking, what candidates choice. Without candidates ask he select department. This is very bad thinking in MATE.

I am not interested for doing my job in MATE, and i am suggest my friends and juniors also he/she not select Motherson company any branches if he/she make a good carrier then select another good company. My interest in moulding department and i have 3 years Diploma in Plastics but in MATE company no body asking what you want, where you work, which line you agree. But Mate selection officers already decided, candidates future.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
