*Happily worked but sometimes feels stress. *Good work force, in rare cases I didn't get support. *I thought to gain more experience but I lack. some skills while working. *Most of them are very supportive but experienced some gossip from a few of them. *Feel more positive about working here with few drawbacks personally experienced, but to gather career growth switching to other work places.

Salary structure is not same for same designation. As now mostly MNC have pay scale bandwidth . This to this range and for example Assitant Manager position pay scale 9PLA to 10PLA. But in Motherson variation gap is more. It is must to maintain the designation decorum as per market standards.

Work policy: To get five day working you have to work daily extra 1.5hr and for alternative Saturday off you have to work extra 45 minutes
