In motherson Ctmil there is plenty of work & this part of the company (more work), I like the most because to complete that work we have to work hard and that hard work helps me in my personal growth.. Whereas CTMIL doesn't need any introduction for what they are best in, they can complete the 1year project with the half timeline with best quality service.

Dislikes

In CTMIL only work exist not the personal life. It means I like the work load most over there and it is having some drawbacks also those drawbacks I didn't like!! Our managers are highly inspiring but due to the work load I have to work 18-24 hours continue with 1-2 hr nap which was not good for my health.

Work Details

My work is to check the part design feasibility for the mold design & during the feasibility level we proposed our customers for the design with changed CAD data, then after the approval we have to work on plastic mold Design for manufacturing.
