1. The atmosphere isn't good. 2. Management is very poor. 3. Poor employee welfare. Food, dress quality doesn't reflect organisations multinational stature. Infact no such impartial committee is there to listen to the employee grievances. No doctors are available for medical urgency. Even the plants have hundreds of thousands of em ployees working. Infact health insurance benefits are very basic. Employee welfare policies like car facilitation is kind of a bond. Which you have to take if not taken then you won't get the benefit onwards. The benefit is such that you have to pay 50% from your side of car value. 4. Worst work life balance. 5. Every employee has been handed over extra job & responsibility.
