I literally doesn't like any thing about working in Motherson

Poor culture Poor work Ethics Poor Knowledge among experience person Very very poor work life balance. I joined as a GET completed 1 year 1 month I didn't got my training completion letter or the appraisal letter , I would suggest to not join SMRC or MATE
