Dhara division NSM ( Dinesh Singh) is under quified ,his all certificate are false . Unfair and unprofessional person .Now days a big conspiracy of money laundering fixed with cfa is going on with secondary freight. Lucknow depot case is happen under his instructions.kindly check.
