I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got lots of opportunities to assist many surgeries. Senior doctors were very friendly which made the job stressed free.

Its a very good staff friendly Institute .Working atmosphere s very excellent ,good salary packages for all the staff and also have all privileges ( leaves PF etc...)
