Various types of projects going on at once, so if you're prepared to put in the work, there is a lot to learn here. Partners and managers are great to work with. The environment is chill, people are friendly. Great client base as well. The commitment to put out good work is constant.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Lack of clear direction from Senior Designer. Can be hectic sometimes with iterations on projects that run long. No clear mandates or perks for interns.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
