The Organization is employee centric, pays lot of attention to employee growth and engagement. Organization is expanding really fast and acquiring hold on global market.Benifits are amazing, Medicaid , life insurance , snacks available for employee starting there day early/ or have been working in evening shifts.

Dislikes

As mentioned above the organization is expanding really fast which is good, however it is creating work pressure on support functions like Human Resources. Due to lack of defined process the manual work increases and results into prolonged working hours. We see a lot employee growth in Business's across however the Talent acquisition team doesn't enjoy this benefit.

Proper on time pay and Good Work life Balance. Structured Training and Excellent Work Culture to learn and grow. In short it's a good company to join for Freshers as it is offering decent package for them.

The work culture is slowing becoming stressful. Micro-managing is becoming very prominent and you failurre will be held against you during appraisal and promotions.

1) Morningstar is very employee-centric company. 2) Best work-life balance that I have seen 3) Work=life satisfaction and compnay culture are much better than other companies, but at the cost of low pay.

Dislikes

1) Morningstar is one of the lowest_paying companies compared to industry standards. 2) There is zero tranparency regarding promotion and appaisals. 3) The company has a very high turnover for the above reasons.
